My name is Leigh Chase. I was raised in Denton, NC, and attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. My husband and I have two daughters and live in Southmont, NC. I grew up playing on High Rock Lake and love selling real estate at the lake and in the surrounding community. The greatest accomplishment of my career is when my clients become lifelong friends. I am a NC REALTOR®, born and raised here in Davidson County on High Rock Lake. In my first year of becoming a REALTOR®, I was awarded “The Go-Getter” award from our local association. I have been exceeding expectations in customer service since my first career as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in 2011. I have always had a passion for helping others. These 25+ years as a North Carolina REALTOR® have been good years even with the ups and downs of the market.

When you love what you do, you are ALMOST willing to do it for free. Lake Front Properties grew from a single listing of a friend’s house to a multimillion-dollar company with multiple agents. I am proud of that, but not as proud as I am to be able to state that the majority of people I have sold houses to on this lake have become lasting friends.

In addition to making my living doing what I like to do, I have a most supportive husband, two grown daughters, and five nearly grown grandchildren. They are my “hobby,” my “extra curricular activity,” and my meaning. However, I also enjoy being a part of the Hot Flash Players theatre group, an active member in the Tourism Committee for our county and town, and participating in the outreach programs of Macedonia UMC of Southmont.
